Our Story

In the early 1970’s, Ralph Eslinger branched out from Ravalli Drilling and founded Eslinger Drilling & Pump Service, serving Corvallis MT and the surrounding areas in the Bitterroot Valley. There, he built a strong foundation of reliability and dedication to his craft by serving his community with integrity. Then in 1988, he began teaching his son, Andy, the ways of water pump installation which kickstarted the tradition as he handed down his knowledge and values. By 1990, Ralph’s other son, Steve, joined them by learning pump installation and troubleshooting from his brother, so Andy could focus on mastering the ropes of drilling from his father. They worked side by side for several years, priding themselves on serving the community with honesty, hard work, and family values.

In 1995, Ralph passed down the company to his two sons, and the legacy has since continued with Andy’s stepson, Devin. Under the guidance of Steve, paying homage to the traditions Ralph instilled in them, Devin learned the tricks of the trade of pump installation. Generation to generation, through the continued use of their knowledge and commitment to the community, the company has thrived by building upon and improving the core values they attained. By understanding the importance of clean water, they will continue to strive for excellence and protect the well-being of their community.
